While I wish I didn’t have to go here for a visit, I had a very good experience. I did have to wait a bit but my issue was minor so I respected the need to triage issues. The staff was great. They did an exam and explained the costs expected in advance. I got a call overnight with an update and then a follow up once my dog was ready. The cost was less than the estimate. For all I knew, they could have charged me at least the amount of the estimate but I got money back. Huge props to them and thank you to all the staff.
